Lineups for Oxford’s Double Decker Arts Festival and Memphis’ Beale Street Music Festival (Memphis in May) were announced recently.  The Double Decker Festival will be held on April 22-23 with three performances on Friday, and eight on Saturday.  For the Beale Street Music Festival, more than 60 performances will occur during the weekend of April 29 through May 1.
